Its time for delphiniums (riddersporen) to blossom.They are one of my favorites.
Even in the bud they are so delightful
kind of fragile...dancing buds, waving in the wind
The perfect blues, purple-shades and lilacs in all varieties are awesome.
Bumbles & bees going in and out of the blues.

I love bumble bees--what lovely photos you've taken! Did you notice inside the flowers it looks like there are little angels?
