fox gloves

all gone

Yesterday all the blue-tits are all gone out..
suddenly silence around the nestbox,
everywhere else in the garden tweeting-cheeping-tweetsounds.
blue-tits nowhere to be seen...only heard.

meanwhile the grey flycatcher has build a nest in the vine...very close to the birdflat.
but am not sure if the greyflycatcher has a day off...or is planning to go on.

blue-tits on the 'lookout'

It is probably the last day the bluetits are home...
eagerly they look and full expectancy wait till mother comes with their lunch.

blackbirds gone out

This morning first I thought all the birdy's were all gone...

Waiting a little, I heard chirping, tweeting sounds from the nestbox..
which meant, the bluetits still were in...

then I also saw the blackbirds..first in hiding ...
but then later I noticed their eager look, discovering whats out there.
Late this afternoon..none of the blackbirds were home..
Found one sitting high up in a conifer, sitting for the first time of his life in the sunshine..
little sleepy..waiting for his crawling dinner.

glimpse

I caught a glimpse of the young baby-blackbirds.. who have grown greatly on the crawling, twirling feastmeals.
And a tiny glimpse of a baby-great tit peaking out the hole to be first!
meanwhile there is a concert going on of babychirping sounds of the bluetits and the blackbirds crying for more!

feast-meal

Mother blackbird has gathered a delicious feast meal for her young on the birdflat.

The tiny insects are moving, twirling and twisting all kinds of ways to try to get away..
I can see caterpillar and a centipede in her beak,
I heard her even making singingsounds.. with this beak full of...
crawling creeping twirlings.

exclamation-mark

This morning while looking outside of My window, someone had painted during the nighttime a red dot in my garden.

I love this time of the year, when someone is painting red dots in my garden.
It highlights like exclamation-marks! to me that a new prophetic breed/move is coming to our land...!!!!!
like the new birth of the young sea-eaglets (see-eaglets) are a token of that.
(see yesterdays post)

sea-eagle breeding in Holland

The sea-eagle is succesfully breeding in Holland since ever known!
This is a very, very remarkable thing, that sea-eagles want to breed here..
Holland is a very crowded country..and does not have an eagle-friendly habitat....

now these eagle couple has young! is that something!

raindrops

Its extremely raining all day long...
The pond is all wet....;-) and forming drops on the watersurface of the falling drops

while doing some shopping for the weekend,
I overheard people complaining about the overload of waters coming down.
It made me smile...

cloud

The 'blue rain'(wisteria) is raining severely today..and its also raining rain from heaven.
the blue rain always reminds me each year of 'the cloud the size of a mans hand'...
story of Elijah praying for rain(=outpouring of Gods manifest presence) for 7 years.
(1 Kings 18:44)

great-tit-baby

I managed to get a picture from the young 'great-tit-baby-birds'.

This nestbox has a little door and behind it is a glass, in order to have a glimpse now and than.
I managed to make a picture through the glass, and one young baby is to be seen...
though I think there are much more in.

The nest is covered with a of soft-fur... matrass.
Might be from Bibi's furcoat..when I brushed her more than once outside...to remove all the loose hairs. but there are also long hairs..so the great-tit has more 'furnishing-dealers'

young blackbirds

The blackbird has his young coming out of the eggs on the birdflat.
I cannot have a peek in the nest, as not to disturb,

but mother blackbird is collecting caterpillars and brings them up

mouse

Isn't it funny that certain brand of canned catfood... also provides for Bibi real mous(s)e?

birdflat 2

While the blackbird sits breeding on his eggs on top of the house,
the blue-tit in the lower part is feeding his young with delicious sappy
caterpillars.
