Unspeeding

(continuig Time)

Time is up !
shouted Hare & Mole in one voice...
Time’s up!

No more hurrying, running after time...
no more wasting, losing, saving, or killing time.

“I have all the time in the world”...said Mole relieved.

Hare said happily:
“I can take as much time as I want...
I take my time” while he leaned back in the moment.

Time flying

Nobody knew exactly what happened next...
While Mole was still rubbing, drying his eyes and
Hare...had given up on saving Time.

Suddenly the hands of time started turning and twirling around like mad.
Wildly turning hands right...stopped...
then turning hands around left...even faster...
it started flying...because of all the pressure inside!

Ttti..ime is fflying...stuttered Mole..
Ttime is fly..yi..ing stammered Hare..
staring with unbelieving eyes at Time, going into the air.

spilt time

(continuing Time)
They waited some time to see what would happen next.

Hare tried to help moving one of the hands of time, which didn't.

Mole wiped some tears from his eyes, as he looked at the mess they had made.
He said:"Its no use crying over spilt time"
"We cannot make or save wasted time".

soaking time

Hare and Mole continued spashing, pouring out water over time.
Till a nice flood had come.

Time had almost completely drowned in the water
and was soaked entirely up and down.

revive time

(Continuing Time)
After they had set time exactly on time
Time did not move..it was still standing still...

Mole and Hare then splashed some water all over it
to refresh time, to bring it back to life.

changing time

(continuing Time)
Then Mole and Hare tried to set Time on time.

Mole said: it was about 8 plus 2 minutes.
Hare said: "Lets suppose it is 10 o`clock".
As to have more than enough time left,
while he turned the hands of time 10 times backwards
to set both hands exactly on 10.

Making time

( continuing Time)
When they had taken Time-out,
Mole and Hare decided to make time (which they had maybe killed).

They tried to fix the wasted seconds and minutes together again.
This was a very precise work,
to fix it to the exact time.

So they took all the time for it.

Time-out

(Continuing Time)
It looked as if time was not doing very well,
or even worse...It looked as if time was dying
or already had...

Frightened, Hare and Mole stared at time.
Maybe they had killed time!

so they took Time-out...

Time standing still

(continuing Time)
Mole and Hare dived deeper in the box...
to see closer, how time was doing.

Time stood still,
it did not move.
Time was silent, saying nothing...
it did not give a tick.

Time stood still, very still
It looked way too still!

After some hours of watching time...
They both became sort of very curious....

So they opened the box a little & peeked in the box,

To see how time was doing...

Hare on time

(Continuing Time)
After some time,
Mole said, he had spend enough time sitting on time.

"Lets change places now"

So Hare took over, climbing on the red box, sitting on time.
(because he never liked being too late.)
He sat down watching, guarding time...for just in case it would go running.
Meanwhile Mole said it would be nice to have another drink, and went off....

(Continuing Time)
When they had put all the time and timepieces in the red box,
they closed the box & made sure no time could escape.

Mole said he would sit on top of the box,
so that time could not open the box to run away.

Time saving

(Continuing Time)
Hare could not believe his eyes...saying...
"You are throwing away your precious time!
What nut would waste all his time!

Nervously (in panic) Hare started to collect the pieces of time, as to save them again.
He began to put the wasted seconds and minutes in a red box.

He said to Mole (trying to convince him):"We better collect time
in order to save it for when there is no time left,
or shortness of time."

Mole was rather disturbed,
but then he thought it would be good, to help Hare out of his shock.

Time wasting

(Continuing Time)
As Hare had stopped, he saw Mole, sitting under a tree.
"What are you doing?" asked Hare.

"Nothing"...said Mole.
"I am wasting my time, as I have no other thing to do than doing nothing & wasting time".
While he was throwing a second behind his back, meanwhile counting; "thirty-eight"....
then another second flew in the air;...."thirty-nine".
Then he threw a minute...saying; "ninety-nine"...in order to speed up the wasting.

Hare looked at Mole with a curious frightend glance in his eyes...

Time Running

Hare was running so fast, to keep up with time,
that he was running..... out of time...
So that there was no time left.

He stopped a while to let time pass....
