Frosted grass

This morning, when I looked out of my window
there had formed overnight icy crystals on every plant and leaf.
The grass was white as well.
with beautiful drops of ice on the top.

The turtles are coming back more frequently for having a bath.

Continuing Story unicorn.

When they both were up again.
Hedgehog had found some socks as well in the water,
so that he immediately understood what Squirrel was doing.
He also put the socks on.

Continuing Story unicorn.

No-body could tell exactly what happened next.
Somehow Hegdehog's feet slipped away on the slippery side of the water,
when he came too close to see what Squirrel was doing.
He dived face down with a big splash into the water.

Today I was thinking how the toadstools were doing after 9 days.
I found 5 in a good condition, all the other ones were gone.
Even a beautiful round one and one very big...
It was a feast to be able to see them again.
