flycatcher

I managed to get him before my lens.
The flycatcher I mentioned a few days ago on April 7th, coming all the way from Africa.

He has seen and inspected all the birdhouses in my garden,
of which many already are occupied by coal tits and blue-tits.

I thought the house he has chosen was occupied too...
but the coal tits are nowhere to been seen anymore.

Its still waiting for the female who is usually arriving a week later in the land.
She will give the final decision if this is the house where she will lay her young.
He is now watching and posting in front of the house almost all day
in between snatching some flies and other insects.
He is such a beauty.
