Going in circles

I'm stuck,
A while ago I decided to give my website a makeover.
Or to be honest to make a completely new one.
Lots of research I have done, and my head is spinning and going in circles.
Not knowing where to go and how to get there.
It feels as if I am in a labyrinth.
Some labyrinths do have a way out...so it might take a while.
Does anyone have experience with Wordpress?

As some of you might have noticed, I took my old one offline.
