The butterfly is still in my kitchen on the window frame.
He unfolded his wings when the sun came in.
It has frozen last night -4
and tonight will be the same.
Even the weather forecast said: expecting new snow coming.... tomorrow.
That might do him no good I guess.
So he will be staying with me for a little while.
He is a small cabbage white (klein koolwitje).

I've never had success with a caterpillar hatching. How exciting for you to have such a visitor! A late winter heart-warmer.
