


during wintertime, they hide and go into deep sleep, somewhere hidden in leaves or stones..
Its always kind of surprise in spring when I see the first one awaken.
I was weeding some weeds in my garden...
and between the old leaves of a hollyhock (stokroos) there he sat...
or better said: there they sat.... there were two of them.
one went immediately back into hiding again,
a bit too surprised because of the sudden bright light
The other one made a short walk on one of the snowdrops.
and disappeared as well again after a while.
back into hiding.
