This morning, quite early, again an invasion of birds coming to feast in the apple tree.
At first I thought, Hey the Fieldfares are back again!
So I grabbed my camera to capture the birds.
To my amazement it were no Farefields
I saw above the eye a white stripe and a red coloured wing area.
It must be a couple of Redwings,Turdus iliacus, Koperwieken.
And yep...
a group of Redwings...!
These birds also come from the North, like Sweden, Finland and Norway,
and also come here in Holland to escape the freezing cold.

I've been away for awhile--just wanted you to know how wonderful your photography is, sweet Iwing. ((HUGS)) I LOVE your pictures of birds.
