I saw a larva of a ladybird(lieveheersbeestje) sitting on the mailbox,
I decided to find out if that was the right determination.
so I took it with me, manouvring the little thing on my mail, as not to strangle him.
I found it was a larva of a ladybird..and that they like lice for a meal.
I searched in the garden for lice, found a rosebud with lots of lice...so there we are.
on the web...
see if the larva gets into cocoon,
and then out into a ladybird...
(which I wanted to do some years ago, follow the process.)
