blow the trumpet

Beginning this week,
a scripture verse from the Bible jumped from the page. Psalm 81:3
It said:
Blow the trumpet at the New Moon, at the full moon, at our feast day.

and yesterday to my astonishment I saw that the moon was full when I looked at the sky, suddenly remembering the verse from the Bible...
to blow the trumpet.
reading on in the next verses it says:
This He (God) ordained in Joseph for a testimony when He went out over the land of Egypt.

I don't know the full meaning of this all, but somehow it seems to me a very good thing.
It speaks of God delivering His people from severe oppression.
