Swirling, twirling

This morning I noticed a leaf from my favorite rose, dancing and twirling around, dangling on a spiders thread.
Just a beautiful moving still-life in nature. Like a poem.

It feels this morning, that autumn has made a little step forward, wanting slowly to take over.
I somehow want to hold on summer. The warm temperatures and the long sunny shiny days I love more.
As well as the bright summer-colors of all the flowers.
Though autumn might have that too, however it slowly wants to fade it all into greys and dulled colors.
I need to fix my eyes on todays beauty.
 

Polly finds a berry

Again I published a new book on Amazon.

It's about a little brown rabbit, named Polly.

Polly does not know what to do..he feels so very bored.
He walks around without any purpose en accidentally 
bumps upon a berry. 
Later he finds more berries!
He carries all the berries home and builds a very unusual party.

Woodpigeon

 

Did you know that wood pigeons can swim?
Here is the proof. 

I've seen them doing this many times.
First they stir the waters, in order to try to get wet. When hat is not helping enough, they let themselves fall into the water and quickly try to jump out again. 

Then they start all over again.
So much fun to watch!
