Ghost moth
I never saw such a butterfly before and I thought it might be a kind of night-moth.
However he sat down in the sunshine and he was not hiding in the shadows.
I easily could come very close, he didn't seem to notice me at all.
So I was able to make photos from all sides.
I looked up his name: Ghost moth, (Hepialus humuli), (Hopwortelboorder).

Smallest of the smallest of the smallest
When I came closer, I saw it was a young baby wren.
He sat quietly almost unafraid.
So I ran into my house to get my camera out.
When I came back he still sat there on the same spot when I left.
I was able to come rather close.
The smallest of the smallest of the smallest!
My hero of the day!

Little Wren
Few days ago my tiny little bird friends came to the birdbath one after another.
Little wren and Goldcrest, both the smallest birds of all.
Even the Goldcrest is a little bit smaller than the wren.(I will make a post about him later)
I love these birds so much!
See how tiny little wren goes loose in the water, shaking all the dust off.
