Mother Song Thrush

Young Song Thrush, flying away...

A little further in the garden was a mother Song Thrush, busy collecting food.
When I walked a little more, suddenly I noticed a young Song Thrush...flying away when he noticed me.
I was lucky that a few meters away sat another young Song Thrush, not flying away.
I could even come rather close...and he showed himself from all sides...
What a beautiful speckled bird!

Bunnies

Today I went to the garden, where my parents lived.

As soon as I entered the gate there was a bunny sitting.

Not afraid at all, I could approach rather close.

Very soon I saw more bunnies...young ones...hopping freely around, so now and than nibbling a little something.

One of them even hopped very close...as if he thought he was all by himself.

Blue tits food

The blue tits are having young as well.
I have a great view on the nest box, close to my window.
Its fun to watch what they are catching as yummy food for their baby's

Feedingtime

Its feeding time for the blackbirds.
Somewhere in my neighbors garden is the nest of the blackbirds.
The parents are collecting their food for the young in my garden.
Its always great to see the variety of yummy lunch for the baby's.

Visitor

Suddenly Bibi had no attention to whatsoever....
He looked up out of the window...wide eyes...staring...
uhhh?

I looked the same direction...
There it was,
a curious intruder on the fence, which had to be followed very carefully and intense, with locked eyes.
The cat of my neighbors had positioned himself on the fence
trying not to fall off...
(Maybe he has noticed the coal tits breeding in the birdhouse)
Moving awkward in an acrobatic way...how to find the way back to where he belongs.

Fly catcher

A glimpse of the flycatcher just before getting dark.
He came very close near the house, sitting on the table for a moment.
Long enough to catch him....my flycatcher.

Sparrows

I love sparrows.
They are not in my garden, but in M's garden there are lots!
Its always such a delight to hear the sparrows having their conversations.
Twittering...tweeting like the best!
When there are breadcrumbs, it seems they tell each other immediately.
In seconds they are all on the spot!

Song trush bath

This beautiful Song trush
is having a bath....washing all his lovely speckles and spots.

Gone away

A few days ago, my mother left our earth going to be with her Heavenly Father.
It was on Ascension Day.

I will miss her.

Mother flycatcher

Mother flycatcher coming closer,
for a bath.

Flycatcher

Flycatchers are doing well.
I think breeding has begun.
So now and then I see one of them...watching...catching flies.

Opening

Today he buds are out!
All the red buds, slowly changed colors...to a beautiful pinkish blush.
The white flowers are gorgeous!
