empty cocoon




M. found the cocoon of the butterfly, while cleaning in my kitchen...
behind the coffeemaker....on the electric cord!
All winter it has been sitting there...hidden.

I think the caterpillar must have viewed it as a branch.

    isn't that the sweetest thing you've seen? If you could you should do one of your little drawings about the adventure lived within that cocoon!
